# Dosing
- 5-10 mg 1-2x per day

# Notes
- Must be taken without carbohydrates
- Do not stack with [[Clenbuterol]]. To use together, use Yohimbine HCl on Clen off-weeks
- Doesn't feel as effective as [[Clenbuterol]] but I suspect not much is.
