# 1-2-3-4-5 Ribs ## Ingredients - 1 portion^[In the video, a cup is used as the portion, but another recipe uses a table spoon. A cup was excessive for 1.75 pounds of ribs] Shaoxing wine - 2 portions of white vinegar - 3 portions of sugar - 4 portions of soy sauce (if possible, half dark half regular) - 5 portions of water - 3 lbs spare/short ribs (or baby back ribs cut into small pieces) ## Tools ## Directions 1.
