# Cornmeal Pita ## Ingredients - 2 cups white flour - 1 cup cornmeal - 3/4 cup olive oil - 2 3/4 cup water - 250g feta (crumbled) - Pinch of salt - A little olive oil to sprinkle at end ## Tools - Large round pizza pan (aluminum) ## Directions In a mixing bowl, first add the white flour, then the cornmeal, then olive oil, water, and salt. Add 200g of the feta to the mix. Whisk until the flour absorbs the liquids. Preheat oven to 200C (~400F). Now grease your pan with butter, then add the mixture, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the rest of the feta on top in spots, then sprinkle with olive oil and bake for ~~1 hour and 10 minutes.~~ 30-40 minutes.
